Fiverr keeps a flat 20% of every order, including extras and tips, at every seller level. Change it only if Fiverr changes its rate.

Fiverr shows the exact buyer fees at checkout, and the small-order amount and threshold have changed over time and can differ by region. Match them to what your checkout shows.

Withdrawal and currency

Fiverr's own withdrawal fees are $0–$3; PayPal and Payoneer may add their own conversion costs. Check the fee shown on your Fiverr withdrawal screen.

Earnings clear 14 days after an order is completed (7 days for Top Rated sellers) before you can withdraw them.

What this Fiverr fee calculator does

This Fiverr fee calculator shows the money that actually reaches you from a Fiverr order. Fiverr keeps a flat 20% of everything the buyer pays for your work, including gig extras and tips, at every seller level. On top of that come withdrawal fees and, if your bank account isn’t in US dollars, a currency conversion cost. The calculator adds all of it up.

  • Earnings: enter the gig price, extras, tip and number of orders to see what is credited to your balance and what you take home after withdrawing.
  • What to charge: enter what you want to keep per order or in total, and get the gig price that gets you there after every fee.
  • Buyer pays: see the buyer’s checkout total with the service fee and small order fee, and how much Fiverr keeps from both sides.

How to use the Fiverr fee calculator

  1. Enter your gig price, plus any extras and tip. For several identical orders, set the number of orders.
  2. Open Withdrawal and currency and choose how you withdraw: PayPal, Payoneer, bank transfer or the Fiverr Revenue Card. Use Custom if your withdrawal screen shows a different fee.
  3. Add a currency conversion cost if you’re paid in another currency. Type your currency code and today’s rate to see the result in rupees, pesos or euros.
  4. Switch tabs to work out the price to charge or the buyer’s total. Press Copy breakdown to paste the numbers anywhere.

The Fiverr fee calculator runs in your browser and remembers your inputs for next time.

The Fiverr fees it uses

  • Seller fee: 20% of every order, extras and tips included. It’s the same for new sellers, Level 1, Level 2, Top Rated and Pro.
  • Withdrawal: Fiverr charges $0 to $3 depending on the method, and PayPal or Payoneer may add their own conversion costs.
  • Buyer service fee: 5.5% of the order, plus a small order fee on low-value orders. The small-order amount and threshold have changed several times and can differ by region, so both are editable. Match them to what checkout shows.
  • Clearance: earnings become available 14 days after an order is completed, or 7 days for Top Rated sellers.

Fees were checked in September 2026. Fiverr changes them from time to time, which is why every figure can be edited.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Fiverr take from sellers?

20% of every order. On a $100 gig you’re credited $80. Withdrawal fees and currency conversion then take a little more.

Does the Fiverr fee apply to tips too?

Yes. Tips and gig extras count as part of the order, so Fiverr keeps 20% of them as well.

What should I charge on Fiverr to keep $40?

At least $50 before withdrawal costs, because $50 minus 20% is $40. Add a $3 withdrawal fee and you need $53.75. The What to charge tab of the Fiverr fee calculator does this for any target.

Why does the buyer pay more than my gig price?

Fiverr adds a service fee for the buyer at checkout, plus a small order fee on low-priced orders. That money goes to Fiverr, not to you. It’s worth knowing because it affects how expensive your gig looks.

Is the Fiverr fee lower for Top Rated sellers?

No. The rate is flat at every level. Higher levels get faster clearance and more visibility, not a lower fee.

Is this calculator official?

No. This Fiverr fee calculator is an independent tool based on the fees in the Fiverr Help Center. Always check the numbers on your own order and withdrawal screens.
